ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Collaborate with diverse, onsite and remote teams to understand and align digital growth/marketing efforts.
Take full ownership of HighLevel (GHL) or similar tools for digital growth/marketing & improve engagement.
Compliance of email marketing with the CAN-SPAM Act, privacy laws, and data protection regulations.
Create automated journeys & opportunities for varied audiences/users, active and inactive leads/prospects.
Skilled in designing, creating and optimizing sales funnels for efficient lead conversion and acquisition.
Proven experience with A/B testing email marketing platforms, crafting and executing high-converting campaigns.
Adept & lead in leveraging social media platforms for advertisements, brand engagement, and growth strategies.
Lead on running & analyze marketing, ad, traffic analytics, leveraging industry leading practices and tools.
Expertise in SEO with keyword research and on-page optimization, with SEO-optimized, compelling content.
Strong knowledge of CRM, HighLevel (GHL), workflows, automations, opportunities, and enhancing engagement.
Proficiency in ethically utilizing Facebook Pixel or similar for tracking, optimizing ads, and audience targeting.
Build & lead a dynamic Digital Growth Team, including hiring & mentoring junior/entry-level/reporting members.
Provide off-hours, extended, and weekend support as needed for queue and project progress, and emergencies.
Stay current with the latest trends, apply new processes, knowledge, and tools to drive digital marketing excellence.
requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Data Engineering, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, CRM, and ERP tools - GoHighLevel (GHL), Odoo, HubSpot, Figma etc.
Knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing - GoHighLevel (GHL), SEO, Funnels, Emails, Content, SMMA, PPC, etc.
Thorough understanding of compliance and GDPR, applying legal knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Exceptional communication skills, effectively building and managing team members.
